Regardless of my final decision of posting this, it truly was a bit of hesitation from me to write. Where do I begin? Recent or of the distant past? Either way, it all ended up where it is today, the “unstoppable yuri-ism.”
For the past four years, I am known as a yuri artist by some people over the net. Here is where I want to correct anyone who carries that thought with them.
I, in fact, do not actively go search for yuri at all times.
A argument sounds rather pathetic. Since, no way am able to convince anyone with my horrible defense, because I clearly draw things related to yuri. Yet, with the thoughts of explaining every single time why am I able to draw yuri whenever I met someone new, it’s tiring…So I hope I can get this right.

Ever since I got a second part time, I love to take nap more often than before. Whenever the work is over, I just dragged myself onto the bed and took a 15min-2hr nap. By the time I woke up the day’s dark already, but it at least recharged me enough so I can pick up the chopsticks and eat happily on the dinner table. Afterward I went to sleep and ready for another day. Nap and sleep are probably the two best things that could ever happen in my, or your, life. Maybe this is the reason why I love to draw people sleeping so badly.

How should I put this… All of my friends know when I’m bored, I do stupid things or mindless things to keep myself entertained. In result, that’s how that yaoi comic came to be. Now, I made another… I suppose I can say, abomination on yamibo… but worry no more! I got a summer job to solve my boredom. Still, I feel like it would be a huge waste if I didn’t ended up posting this. So, here it is, in english, a reiari comic.

This is true. Sitting on my desk right now is a brand new sketchbook I brought a month ago. On the first page there is a drawing of the borders team. In the past I probably would have finish it in a day or two however… now it feels so difficult to complete. I’ve been heavily addicted to “complete the sketching” rather than “complete the drawing”. I really feel from time to time just plan sketches with loose line is enough to get out what i want and post them on the blog. But I am afraid to post too much of them on the blog since this might happen to you when you look at them: “i can’t figure it out even though i have been staring at it” (Ensei). Since I don’t have the scan of it, I’ll give you another example of what I mean. This is another borders team sketch on a touhou paintbbs.

The past week or so I have been drowning myself in my newly bought CSI (as in the original; not NY…and god forbid, Miami) dvds. Even though it was only three seasons, it still was a lot to watch and I enjoy every single bits of it (duster: …I want to watch it with you TAT).
Now I got that out of my system, I did watch the two new summer anime (well ok, there are more, but from my list, only two were aired at the moment), Bakemonogatari and CANAAN. Both were visually stunning as well as having a compelling story, but because I’m not fond of the director for Bakemonogatari, CANAAN wins this round for being my summer favorite. If anyone got time, check both anime out, they are quite unique in their own ways which is also the reason why I randomly doodled in pchat…again.
(edit: “yeah… i can only think of her(another girl from CANAAN)in the pic…” -duster)
